A pre-emergent was applied to the lawns and a fertilizing schedule has been set.  Trees have been pruned and treated.  Additional instruction has also been given to the contractor for watering and maintenance of the entrance monument area. Water schedules will be watched closely and please contact the Board as soon as possible to report any sprinkler malfunctions.

Upcoming goal for 2020: New battery operated controllers and DC solenoids will be installed this year to allow the HOA to discontinue use of one power pole/meter and its associated costs.
